Join Mercy For Animals at the World Fest 2013 Earth Day Festival at Woodley Park in Balboa to offer $1 to festival-goers in exchange for watching a four-minute clip from MFA's groundbreaking documentary Farm to Fridge.
Exposing consumers to the realities of modern animal agriculture is a powerful way to inspire change. After watching only a few minutes of Farm to Fridge, many people walk away swearing never to eat animals again. With your help, we can reach dozens of people with a message of compassion and help give farmed animals the respect and consideration they deserve. Volunteer shifts are available.

One of the most effective techniques for raising awareness about the health and ethical benefits of a plant-based diet is distributing literature in public places with heavy foot-traffic. At the right time and place, just one person can hand out hundreds of brochures in less than an hour.
Mercy For Animals will be leafleting at the Dillinger Escape Plan concert on Monday, May 20th. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help distribute literature showing passersby how they can easily help animals by choosing a vegetarian diet.

Volunteers are needed to staff the MFA table from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. for this incredible event. Half-day shifts are preferred.

| West Hollywood, LA Pride Parade | Sunday, June 9, 2013 | 
Join compassionate MFA volunteers as we promote equality for all at the fun-filled LA Pride Parade!
We will march in the parade behind an MFA logo banner that declares, “No one is free when others are oppressed,” with rainbow flags, bells, and whistles. We will also have our best leafleters along the sides. Wear your MFA T-shirt, or if you don't have one, we'll provide one for a suggested donation of $5.00. Join us for the fun and show your support of equality and animal advocacy!
With hundreds of thousands of participants and spectators, LA Pride is an ideal place to promote our message of compassion for animals.
We will be meeting up before the parade at 10:00 a.m. to distribute T-shirts and meet other marchers. The parade steps off at 11:00 a.m.
