Cinnaholic, the beloved company well-known for its vegan cinnamon buns, is expanding to four new locations, according to One Green Planet.
This comes on the heels of an appearance on Shark Tank, a reality television program that features business pitches to a group of potential investors. Cinnaholic’s successful pitch garnered the vegan venture a $200,000 investment.
“It was always the intention to expand from the get go and with the success the little-vegan-bakery-that-could has seen, the timing is right, the article reports.
“After our ‘Shark Tank’ episode aired on May 9, 2014, we got flooded with inquiries about franchise opportunities, founders Florian and Shannon Radke said on their site. “We decided to take some time and select our franchise partners very carefully since we put our heart and soul into creating the Cinnaholic experience.
Cinnaholic also sells a few of its flavors online for people who don’t live near a store location.
