Expert Gastroenterologist Debunks Misleading “Milk Life” Commercial

In a new video, expert gastroenterologist Dr. Angie Sadeghi shares the truth about dairy and health problems. The video, which debunks a recent Milk Life commercial that guilts parents into giving cow’s milk to their children, is the first in a new series by Switch4Good. Spearheaded by silver medalist Dotsie Bausch, this coalition of athletes aims to create a dairy-free future.
Dr. Sadeghi sets the record straight, reminding parents that kids can get all the nutrients they need from healthy plant-based foods. “If you’re giving your children cow’s milk, even a little bit is way too much, Sadeghi asserts.
