At this point you’ve probably heard about the smoked watermelon ham that’s taking the internet by storm. That’s right, at Duck’s Eatery in New York City, they cook the melon the same way they do the meat, resulting in the smoked melon’s uncanny resemblance to its animal-based counterpart.
