In Japan, our animated short film The Hidden Nightmare helped audiences better understand the cruel reality of cage confinement and prompted five companies to begin conversations with Mercy For Animals about cage-free planning. Supporters also sent nearly a million messages urging Brazil to ban foie gras, while major media coverage brought Transfarmation’s hopeful path beyond factory farming to a national audience.
