3 Amazing Veg Fests to Look Out For in 2016

Sarah Von Alt December 15, 2015
Veggie food festivals are popping up and thriving in
communities across the country.
We’re excited to announce that U.S. Veg Corp, the folks
behind the annual NYC and Arizona vegetarian food fests, has chosen Mercy For
Animals as its 2016 charity partner, and is expanding its reach with a fabulous
event in California!
Thousands of people—of all eating persuasions—line up for
these events, which bring together all kinds of vegan vendors, authors, medical
authorities, speakers, and entertainers. They also feature children’s activities,
animal rights organizations, and more. MFA will be the beneficiary of festival
raffles and other fundraisers.
The sixth annual NYC
veg fest
is planned for spring of 2016 and the super popular Arizona
veg fest
is coming to Scottsdale for a second time this January. In even
more good news, Los Angeles will host the first-ever California
veg fest
in the fall of 2016.
If you are in any of these areas, consider volunteering at
an MFA booth for an upcoming fest.
