Craig Robinson Goes Vegan, Loses 50 Pounds, Feels Great!

Joe Loria October 13, 2017
Star of The Office,
Pineapple Express, and the new
series Ghosted, Craig
Robinson sat down with Harry Connick Jr. and spoke about his decision to eat a vegan diet.
Robinson said his decision
to stop drinking last January inspired him to find other ways to improve his
health. He soon learned about plant-based eating and decided to give it a try. Since
changing his diet, he’s lost about 50 pounds.
On the talk show Harry,
Robinson said:

[I’m] working out and I’ve been
trying this vegan lifestyle too. It’s amazing. There are so many great vegan restaurants
and dishes. It’s much easier than I thought it would be.

Robinson joins a long list of celebrities who have decided
to ditch meat, dairy, and eggs. Most recently, singer
Jason Derulo
, Orange Is the New Black star Danielle Brooks, and actress
Edie Falco
announced they’d switched to a vegan diet.
Eating plant-based foods is a great way to protect your healththe environment, and of course, farmed animals.
From throwing chicks into macerators to tearing baby cows from their mothers, factory
farmers routinely abuse animals. What’s worse, this systematic
torture is actually legal
. Fortunately, by going vegan you can easily withdraw
your support from this inhumane industry.
