The Nonprofit That Has Driven Policies to Help More Than Eight Billion Animals and Inspired Over 30,000 Restaurants to Boost Plant-Based Options!

In 2024, Mercy For Animals turned 25! Since our inception, we’ve worked hard to protect farmed animals and build a better world for all.

Through the years, we’ve helped secure policies that will ease suffering for more than eight billion animals. We’ve also helped schools serve more than 35 million vegan meals and encouraged many companies to stop the worst cruelty in their supply chains. And for the first time, we secured a place for food systems in the United Nations’ global stocktake. All of this is thanks to our strong, caring community. We couldn’t do our vital work without your support

In Mercy For Animals’ annual report, you will read about our achievements in the United States and Canada in 2024, as well as some key successes in our work around the world. You will also enjoy stories of inspiring individuals whose hard work and firm belief in a better future for farmed animals have made our life-changing progress possible. We hope the report reinforces our shared vision and fuels our passion in the fight against the exploitation of farmed animals.

Mercy For Animals’ determination to dismantle factory farming has never been stronger. We will work tirelessly until all animals are free and our planet can begin to heal. Together, we will make compassion the standard and create a world without factory farms.
