This Is Us Star Tells CNN His New Year’s Resolution Is to Go Vegan

Joe Loria January 5, 2018
Known for playing
Randall Pearson on the hit NBC show, the actor shared his resolution on CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live: “My new year’s
resolution is that I’m gonna go vegan. Gotta give up this meat.
But Brown isn’t the
only celeb to talk about veganism over the holiday. Singer Bryan Adams took to social media to wish his fans and followers a happy new year, while urging them to go
vegan in 2018. Adams has been vegan since 1989 and is no stranger to promoting
the benefits of plant-based eating. In December he shared a Facebook post about
his vegan journey.
From Laverne Cox to Theo Riddick, so many celebs switched to a vegan diet this past year,
and we’re eager to see who will make the compassionate leap next.
Eating plant-based
foods is a great way to protect your health, the environment, and of course, farmed animals.
From throwing chicks into
macerators
 to tearing baby cows
from their mothers
,
factory farmers routinely abuse animals. What’s worse, this systematic torture
is actually legal
.
Fortunately, by going vegan you can easily withdraw your support from this
inhumane industry.
