How It Works
Keep the receipt.
Many companies will match your gift up to a year after it’s made, so keep that receipt for your records!
Submit by mail.
Search for your company using the search field above, and download your company’s matching gift verification form using the provided link. Print it, fill it out, and mail it to us: 1150 Conrad Court, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
