Shambhavi Kadam
I first spoke with Shambhavi Kadam in May 2023. At that time, she had already been a dedicated Mercy For Animals supporter for nearly two years, deeply engaged, passionate, and clearly all in on the mission to protect farmed animals. Right away, I could see that this wasn’t just a cause she believed in; it was one she lived.

Siten Sanghvi
I first met Siten Sanghvi in person earlier this year when we had dinner together while I was passing through New Jersey. Two things immediately stood out to me. One is that this steadfast supporter of Mercy For Animals since 2008 and dedicated Compassion Collective member cared deeply about animal protection…
Christopher Randall
One of the first things I ask about when I meet new Compassion Collective members is their journey to animal protection. Over the years, I have heard so many incredible stories of what brought people to dedicate their lives to helping animals, but Christopher Randall’s has stayed with me…

Activist, Author
We admire Cheryl Moss’ journey so much and consider her truly one of the leaders within the Compassion Collective. Cheryl has been a loyal supporter for over three years and a selfless member of the Compassion Collective since the day it was founded. She first engaged with Mercy For Animals in September 2020, when she reached out about wanting to donate all the proceeds from her first book to Mercy For Animals’ mission.
Milo Runkle
Activist, Founder
Activist, Founder
Mikael met Mercy For Animals founder Milo Runkle in 2006 as the organization expanded to Chicago. Milo was 22, and Mercy For Animals had already been going strong for seven years, conducting undercover investigations, open rescues, media outreach, and much more. Mikael was immediately impressed with everything Milo was doing with Mercy For Animals, from its messaging and branding to its organized use of resources.
Jim Glackin

Activist, CEO
Jim Glackin is the definition of a superstar Mercy For Animals supporter. Throughout the years, Jim has shown up for Mercy For Animals in countless ways both big and small—and not just with his longtime financial support. Whether he’s leafleting in the streets of Chicago, donating frequent-flyer miles to staff for events, marching with us in the Chicago Pride Parade, or even bringing doughnuts to the former Chicago office.
