An international cast of narrators unite with Mercy For Animals and the Love Serve Remember Foundation to highlight Ram Dass’ lifetime of profound wisdom
LOS ANGELES – April 6, 2026, marks what would have been the 95th birthday of Ram Dass, the renowned spiritual teacher and psychologist. Best known as the author of the seminal book Be Here Now, Ram Dass was a lifelong advocate for human rights, environmental preservation, and animal sentience.
In honor of Ram Dass’ life, teachings, and living legacy, Mercy For Animals produced a special short film, “Voices of Hope ~ Words of Wisdom by Ram Dass”, co-released with Ram Dass’ Love Serve Remember Foundation in celebration of his 95th birthday and to commemorate his lasting influence as a spiritual visionary for a more compassionate, unified, peaceful planet.
The film features a collection of Ram Dass’ inspiring quotes, recited by Ram Dass himself, alongside an ensemble of 17 prominent public figures. This diverse group underscores Ram Dass’ mission to cultivate inner peace and global unity, encouraging viewers to carry forward his legacy of compassion. The list of influential narrators include:
