Chloe Coscarelli and her business partner, Samantha Wasser,
opened their first by CHLOE. eatery in New York last year. It’s such a hit that
a year later it still has a line out the door every day.
The fast-casual eatery is so popular, in fact, that the duo
is on track to open four more locations: two in New York, one in Boston, and
one in a new 365 by Whole Foods store in Los Angeles.
Customer favorites
include the guac burger, dairy-free mac and cheese, and of course, Chloe’s
famed cupcakes. In 2010, at age 22, Chloe became the first contestant to win Food
Network’s Cupcake Wars with vegan culinary creations.
But it’s not just vegans who enjoy delicious plant-based
options: Even meat lovers are flocking to Chloe’s food.
In a recent episode of ABC’s The Chew, the show’s meat-loving co-host, celebrity
chef Michael Symon
, had only praise for by CHLOE. and its mouthwatering
vegan menu.
Chef Chloe wins over the hearts and taste buds of anyone she
meets. Her gaining popularity is proof that the market for delectable vegan
food continues to grow.
