Should You Eat Tofu? Four out of Five Experts Say Yes.

Sarah Von Alt March 3, 2015

The author highlights the fact that tofu has been a popular
food in Asian countries for thousands of years, and cites the
Okinawan people, who consume the most tofu per person, to exemplify its
benefits: lower rates of heart disease, certain cancers, and dementia.
We can protect our health, and the health of countless
animals suffering on today’s factory farms, by ditching meat and choosing
delicious plant-based alternatives, including tofu, instead.
