These Adorable Farmed Animal Sanctuary Pictures Will Brighten Your Day!

Mercy For Animals hosted an epic brunch and tour at Farmhouse Garden Animal Home in picturesque Uxbridge, Ontario, for members of our Compassion Collective. The Compassion Collective is integral to Mercy For Animals’ supporter base, creating a powerful impact for animals through gifts of $1,000 to $25,000 each year. The event also celebrated Mercy For Animals volunteers, former undercover investigators, and longtime Toronto activists.

Farmhouse Garden founder Mike Lanigan and his all-volunteer team led by Edith Barabash and Sarah Fay treated guests to a private tour. It was an unforgettable opportunity to connect with the cows, horses, donkeys, chickens, ducks, and roosters who live at the sanctuary. Guests even had the chance to spoil the cows with their favorite veggies. To top it off, Animal Liberation Kitchen provided a lavish vegan picnic brunch featuring locally sourced produce, making this an event to remember!

Check out these delightful photos of the tour, the adorable animals, and the delicious brunch.

The Compassion Collective plays a vital role in Mercy For Animals’ supporter network. This committed group of advocates raises funds that contribute greatly to our yearly budget, providing critical backing for our efforts to protect farmed animals and create a kinder world. Mercy For Animals would like to express our deep gratitude to Jo-Anne McArthur of We Animals Media, Christopher Randall, Louise Jorgensen, Keli Demontneay, Stephanie Swift, Annie Trognitz, and Colombe Nadeau-O’Shea for capturing such heartwarming photos of these precious animals.
